Our team is made up of 80% hearing loss employees. They are true professionals - deaf guides, experienced sign language interpreters, talented sales managers,  software developers, video production experts and many others who will be happy to help you find the perfect tour.

Sales Manager (BSL)
Location : UK
Short description: A travel expert who will help our travelers find the perfect tour, a BSL user.

Requirements:

  • Presence of hearing impairment
  • fluency in BSL and English
  • Knowledge of IS or other sign/non-sign languages would be an advantage
  • Experience in tourism (not required, but would be an advantage)
  • communication skills, ability to communicate with people, resolve conflict situations.

Functionality:

  • selling company tours
  • communication with the company's clients, video and text consultations with clients in social networks Instagram, Facebook, messengers.
  • assisting clients in purchasing tours on the website

Conditions:

  • timely payment of salary
  • office in London
Deaf guide (BSL)
Location : Dubai UAE
Short description: Expert in guiding tours in sign language, BSL user.

Requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of BSL
  • Knowledge of IS or other sign languages will be an advantage
  • Experience in tourism (not obligatory, but will be an advantage)
    communication skills, ability to communicate with people, resolve conflict situations
  • Knowledge of history, sights, cultural traditions of UAE (not obligatory, but will be an advantage).

Functionality:

  • Meeting tourists at the airport and escorting them to the hotel.
  • Conducting the first group meeting with tourists.
  • Accompanying a group of tourists from the UK on a group tour.
  • Conducting tours in sign language
  • Helping tourists in solving arising issues in the tour.

Conditions:

  • Accommodation or relocation to the UAE
  • Training and certification of the guide in the UAE at the expense of the company
  • We provide accommodation
  • Timely payment of salary
