Dubai Deaf Festival 2025: A Celebration of Culture, Accessibility and Unity

Imagine a place where gestures replace words, where people communicate with their hands, eyes and hearts. This is what the Dubai Deaf Festival looks like – an event that turns Dubai into a city of inclusion, inspiration and connection. For Deaf travellers, it’s not just a festival – it’s a chance to feel that the world is open and easy to understand without barriers.

What Is Dubai Deaf Festival 2025

Dubai Deaf Festival 2025 will be held as a VIP party on December 11–14, 2025, in Dubai, UAE. The event is organised by Amsaan Accessible Tours (AAT).
The whole festival is organised by Deaf people, which means Deaf visitors will be welcomed by Deaf AAT staff, and all activities will be led by Deaf guides and team members.

The Amsaan Accessible Tours team uses 17 sign languages, but since the festival is international, communication will mainly be in International Sign and BSL.

The festival program includes:

  • Art and performance shows;
  • Tours to the top attractions in Dubai and across the UAE;
  • Meeting and networking with Deaf people from many countries – a place for the global Deaf community;
  • Relaxation and friendly time on the beach by the sea.

Why You Shouldn’t Miss This VIP Party

Dubai Deaf Festival 2025 is much more than a Deaf culture event.

  • It’s a great chance to meet Deaf people from all over the world, make new friends and share experiences;
  • It’s a perfect way to enjoy warm, sunny Dubai while it’s winter at home (average daytime temperature in December is around 26°C);
  • It’s barrier-free travel – you get understanding, support and clear communication.

As past visitors said: “Silence in Dubai feels special – it’s full of friendship, creativity and understanding.”

Dubai – A Model of an Inclusive City

Thanks to Amsaan Accessible Tours, Dubai opens up to Deaf travellers in a completely new way. Here you don’t need to worry about safety – everyone is welcome, no matter who you are or what you believe.

This festival gives Deaf people a chance to meet others from around the world, learn about different cultures and share experiences.
At Amsaan Accessible Tours, we design trips for people who use sign language, and most of our team members are Deaf or hard of hearing.

When you visit the festival:

  • you join a friendly and inclusive Deaf community;
  • all programs and tours are made for Deaf travellers;
  • you can choose from tours of different lengths and hotel options.

How to Join the Festival

There are several ways to join Dubai Deaf Festival 2025:

  1. Choose a festival-only ticket (4 days, December 11–14);
  2. Choose one of the Amsaan Accessible Tours travel packages: 5, 7 or 10 days in Dubai with the festival included.

The advantage of the tour package is that you don’t need to worry about accommodation – AAT already has ready-made options for travellers from all over the world, including the UK, France, Germany, the USA, Australia and more.
