Day 1 - Arrival Day
Arrival in Rome, transfer from the airport to the hotel. Accommodation in a 4* hotel in the city center.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel and walking tour of the historical center of Rome. We will move to the heart of the historic center with a visit to Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Colonna and the palaces of Italian political power.
Next to the square we find Via Condotti, symbol of the fashion district in Rome. From here, we’ll go to the Trevi Fountain, unforgettable location of “La Dolce Vita” by Fellini, in which a very young Anita Ekberg invites Marcello Mastroianni into the fountain, using the famous: “Marcello, come here!”
After a short stop,we’ll visit to Piazza della Rotonda to admire the Pantheon, a temple built in 27 BC. later converted into a Basilica, and the Renaissance fountain of Bernini built in the square in 1575. Free time for lunch.
Afternoon ad disposal, overnight stay.
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with the guide for a morning dedicated to visiting Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and Mount Palatine (skip-the-line tickets included).
We will begin our tour from the Flavian Amphitheater, better know as the Colosseum, it is one of the most visited monuments ever, an icon of the Capitoline city. We continue to the Imperial Forums, a series of monuments and archeological remains that were once the stage of political life. We will end the morning with the visit of the Capital Hill (Campidoglio), with its square.

Free time for lunch and individual visit. Overnight stay.

Optional: visit of Vatican Museum
In the afternoon meeting with the guide to explore the marvelous masterpieces of the Vatican Museums. The Vatican Museums are one of the symbol of Rome, where various works are collected, that span from ancient to contemporaty times. Sarcophagi and mosaics share the space with masterpieces by great masters such as Giotto, Michelangelo, Leonardo Da
Vinci, Raphael up to Dalì, Canova and Matisse.
The tour ends in the Sistine Chapel where it is possible to admire the famous frescoes of the representation of the Last Judgment.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Naples. Accomodation in a 4* hotel in the city center.
Free time for lunch.

In the afternoon walking tour of Naples. Naples is the third largest city in Italy. We will take you to discover its historic center and the places that make it famous all over the world.

From Piazza Plebiscito, where important statues and palaces stand, such as the Pontifical Royal Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, the statues of Ferdinand I and Charles III, to the royal palace of Naples and the
Palazzo della Prefettura. We will

visit the San Carlo Theater and the Umberto I Gallery, the most famous in Naples, the Castel Nuovo, which represents one of the symbols of Naples.

Last stop of our walking tour will be the most famous alleys of Naples: the Spanish Quarters, the heart of
Naples, discovering glimpses, murals, artisan shops and small really interesting realities that make us understand how much Naples is a special city.

Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Sorrento where you will take a boat to discover the beautiful Amalfi and Positano. Amalfi is a beautiful small town on the scenic Amalfi Coast, what are you expecting to see in this beautiful place?

Amalfi was one of the 4 Maritime Republic of Italy, cities with powerful fleets dominating the trade routes of the Mediterranean, the architecture of the town is very much affected by the presence of the sea and the commercial opportunities.

Your guide will tell you the history of this magical place, and show you its most significant places, Piazza Dante, its fountains and the Amalfi Duomo, Amalfi’s meandering alleys and covered passages, Amalfi’s port and arsenal.

The sailing will lead you to one of the most beautiful
seaside villages of the Amalfi Coast, Positano. Here you will have free time to explore the meandering streets lined with artisanal local shops or enjoy the local specialty, limoncello! Return to Sorrento and
transfer to Naples. Overnight stay

Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer by ferry to Capri for individual visit. Capri is a mythical place with its Faraglioni, the Blue Grotto and the” magnificent Villa Jovis or “Palazzo di Tiberio, where the emperor lived his voluntary exile. We suggest a visit to the Piazzetta which, placed in a panoramic position, has seen numerous famous faces pass over the years.

Return to Napoli in the afternoon by ferry.

Dinner in a famous Pizzeria in Naples. Naples is full of richness, one of these is for sure food. The food that makes Naples famous all around the world is the pizza. A very simple mix of genuine ingredients. You will taste one of the most exquisite pizza in all of the city… and Italy!

Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Pompei for the guided visit. In 79 A.D. the city was completely buried by the eruption of the Vesuvius volcano, stopping time. Today it is still possible to walk among the Roman domus, the shops and the skilfully built streets, giving an immersive experience and the feeling of living for a few hours in that distant era.

The excavations began at the behest of Charles III of Bourbon and are considered one of the best testimonies of Roman life. Many of the finds, such as furnishings, frescoes, mosaics, and statues, can be found in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples.

Transfer to a local winery for an enogastronomic experience. Get ready for a tasty journey of discovery through the scents, flavours, and colors of Mount Vesuvius. Wine tasting of three local wines and lunch 3 course menu.

In the afternoon transfer to Matera, accommodation in hotel 4* city center, overnight stay.
Day 8
Breakfast at the hotel, meeting with the guide for an morning dedicated to visiting the “sassi” of Matera. The visit begins in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, a beautiful nineteenth-century square from where you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Civita and the Sasso Barisano.

During the visit we will stop to a Cave-house: typical home of Matera’s rural culture, furnished with antique furniture and tools in order to know customs and traditions of our ancestors. We will visit the Underground Church of the Holy Spirit, whose construction is traced back to the ninth century; over time it has undergone profound changes until, around the end of the nineteenth century, it was covered together with the whole area of the middle warehouse.

In the afternoon transfer to Lecce, accommodation in hotel 4* city center, overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out, meet with the guide and visit of Lecce historical city center. The historic center of Lecce is one of the most interesting in Puglia. The particularity of its Baroque architecture derives from the ability of local artists and architects who, between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries, have done something unique thanks to the quality of the tender local stone.
Return to the hotel, transfer to Ostuni and free time.

Transfer to Alberobello and meeting with the guide. The trulli, limestone dwellings found in the southern region of Puglia, are remarkable examples of drywall (mortarless) construction, a prehistoric building technique still in use in this region. The trulli are made of roughly worked limestone boulders collected from neighbouring fields. Characteristically, they feature pyramidal, domed or conical roofs built up of corbelled limestone slabs.

We will visit inside one of the trulli houses is the truly heart of the Historical Center of Town and learn of the family and culture that still lives within these walls of stone. This is what makes Alberobello so historically special-that our history is still living to this day.
